I absolutely love Panera. My family loves their bagels so I go on Tuesday’s for the baker’s dozen special. Today was the second time I did not get all 13 bagels but I didn’t notice til I got home. The first time it happened the lady was so apologetic, corrected the mistake and offered me a bakery item for free because of my trouble. What a surprise!!! Today when I went back the young lady didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. After I explained it a second time she asked what kind of bagel I wanted, handed it to me and quietly said “sorry”. No free bakery item was offered for my trouble of making a second trip for the day. This has not soured me on Panera just think it sad to have to return for making the order right.
