I moved in the area and received a coupon for 50% off on first time laundry service from this cleaner.
When I went to pick up clothes, I have showed the 50% off coupon and Owner would not grant it. She told me that She will grant this coupon next visit. I argued why not this time as its my first visit as per the coupon. Lady refused to give me my cloth if i don't pay the full price. She told me that if i would have brought the coupon when I drop off the cloth she would have consider accepting the coupon. I explained her that only reason I came to her place was that 50% off coupon. Why would i show you the coupon when i am just dropping off my clothes? I am showing the coupon when I am ready to pay the bill.
I had to pay the full money as she would not give my cloth.
